Cancellation Policy

Full Refund (Minus Processing Fee): Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to camp start date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to camp start will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before camp start, or no-shows, will not receive a refund.

Camp-Initiated Cancellations: If World Record Camps must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future camp.

Medical Exemptions: Cancellations due to documented medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.
