1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or participating in World Record Camps (the "Camp"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If registering a minor, you affirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the participant.

2. Code of Conduct

To create a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants, the following conduct rules apply:

• Respect and Behavior: Campers must treat all fellow participants, coaches, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect. Bullying, harassment, profanity, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
• Timeliness: Campers are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions and activities.
• Safety and Supervision: Campers must remain with their assigned group and are not permitted to leave camp grounds without staff approval.
• Health Reporting: Any injury, illness, or concern must be reported immediately to a coach or staff member.
• Concussion and Medical Protocol: In the event of a suspected concussion, cardiac event, or serious injury, the participant will be removed from activity. Return to participation requires written clearance from a licensed medical professional.
• Disciplinary Action: The Camp reserves the right to remove any participant for violation of these rules, without refund.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment: Full payment is required before participation. Payment plans may be available upon request.
• Late or Failed Payments: Failure to complete payment may result in loss of the camper's spot.
• Cancellations: Refunds may be issued (minus a processing fee) if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the start of camp.
• Camp-Initiated: In the event the Camp must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events ("force majeure"), credits or refunds will be provided at the Camp's discretion.
• No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice forfeit their payment.

4. Waiver and Liability

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in athletic activity involves inherent risks. By registering, participants and their guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• Release of Liability: You release World Record Camps, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from injury, loss, or accident, including those resulting from negligence.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Camp against any third-party claims arising from your or your child's participation.

5. Use of Name and Likeness

By participating in the Camp, you grant permission to World Record Camps to photograph, film, and record camp activities for promotional use, including on websites, social media, and printed materials, without compensation. If you prefer to opt out, you must notify the Camp in writing before the first day of participation.

6. Data Privacy

World Record Camps values your privacy. Personal information collected during registration (such as name, age, contact details, and medical information) will be used solely for registration, communication, emergency response, and program safety compliance. We will never sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, training materials, and media associated with World Record Camps are the exclusive property of World Record Camps and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent. Participants must respect intellectual property rights and refrain from unauthorized use of Camp materials.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Camp operates on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. World Record Camps is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation, including but not limited to lost property, injury, or financial loss. The Camp reserves the right to modify or cancel any session, activity, or schedule at its discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Camp operates, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
